The Company provides various human resources (HR) activities, such as permanent or temporary staffing, payroll services, assessment procedures, career transition, talent development, education and training, labor market reintegration services, and international mobility (“our Activities”).

4. What marketing communications do we send?

Contacting businesses

We process your data in the context of an existing business relationship with you or your company because:

We have a contract with you (or are considering entering into a contract with you). In this case, most of the personal data we collect and use for marketing purposes relates to individual employees of our customers and other companies with whom we have an existing business relationship; or
It is in our legitimate interest to conduct our business activities (for example, to contact you directly to promote our services that we believe will be of interest to you or your company).
